Real Estate Auditor Jobs description
A real estate auditor job involves reconciling and reviewing financial statements prepared by 3rd party accountants. A real estate auditor requires liaison with govt. and local authorities to obtain permission and approval for setting up plants. A real estate auditor will obtain approvals of plan sanction from factories & boilers inspectors, electrical inspectorate, concerned authorities. A real estate auditor will assist with the annual planning and budget process for properties coordination of financial packages for senior management and investors; will meet the government officials, various corporate clients, and vendors; and will negotiate with various clients and vendors. A real estate auditor will also coordinate with various department heads, administrative officers and executives of the company.A real estate auditor job requires an accounting or finance degree. A real estate auditor should have 4+ years of progressive real estate accounting experience working for a REIT, commercial management or public accounting firm. A real estate auditor should have excellent knowledge of the cities nearby and the properties available in those cities. A real estate auditor must possess good negotiating skills and strong market knowledge.
