Regulatory Auditor Jobs description
A regulatory auditor is responsible for investigating issues and recommending and monitoring corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulations. A regulatory auditor plans and executes compliance audits to determine the degree of compliance of areas audited. A regulatory auditor needs to remain up-to-date on regulatory guidelines and corporate policies to ensure compliance. The position may also require performing follow up through written confirmation or on-site verification to ensure timely closure of corrective action commitments. A regulatory auditor may also provide training and oversight for co-auditors and trainees.A regulatory auditor should have a degree in accounting or a related discipline. A certified quality engineer and/or certified quality auditor may be preferred for some positions. Good written communication skills, sound judgment, and analytical skills are required. Experience of 2+ years in a related role is mostly desired. Work experience in the related industry is also important. Knowledge of Microsoft office suite is mostly required.
