Job ID 1101610Category Administrative ServicesOrganization **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.Schedule Full-timeDescription:Position Purpose: Perform internal audits, including the execution of strategic, operational, financial, IT and compliance risk-based auditsEvaluate processes for scalability, effectiveness and efficienciesPerform qualitative and quantitative financial and data analysisDraft audit reports that summarize audit findings and recommendationsCommunicate audit observations, recommendations, process improvement opportunities, and best practices and collaborate with management on action plans. Monitor and report on the status and findings of audits.Create, evaluate and lead various strategic initiatives within the department. Assist audit team in performing special projects and implementing internal audit best practices Manage the full project life cycle for assigned projects including planning, creation of project plans and schedules, obtaining and managing resources, managing budget, and facilitating project execution, deployment and closure.Able to travel 10-15% and willing to relocate to St. LouisQualifications:Participate in a one to two year rotation program working as a member of the Internal Audit Team. Assignments may include operational and compliance audits of various business units and departments, financial controls, IT controls, benchmarking, process assessments and special projects.
