We are a leading staffing firm and our clients include some over the nation’s biggest companies. Our client has a need for a Auditor. This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. If you have the background we are looking for, and you are interested in an opportunity to get your foot in the door with leading company, we want to talk with you!\r\r\r\rAuditor         \r\rJob Responsibilities                                               \r\rYour specific duties as a Auditor will include:        \r\r\rPerform the tasks assigned by the Quality Engineer, to insure customer satisfaction.\rTo monitor manufacturing processes of parts and support manufacturing operations with receiving inspection, gage calibration, CMM layout and customer liaison as required.\rChecking parts to print. Inspect parts with different types of measuring tools.\rPerform QGR's on manufacturing cells.\rInvestigate internal/external customer complaints.\rPerform machine capability studies.\rPrint hold tags for nonconforming parts.\rEmphasizes the need to deliver quality products and/or services; defines standards for quality and evaluates products, processes and/or services against those standards; creates an environment that supports continuous improvement.\rSpeaks and writes clearly and effectively even when relating complex information; promotes a free flow of information through the organization; listens actively.                  \rActively pursues growth and developmental opportunities; seeks out feedback and responds without defensiveness; continuously finds ways to improve.\rGathers relevant information systematically; considers a broad range of issues or factors; grasps complexities and perceives relationships among problems or issues; uses accurate logic in analyses.\r\r\r\r\r\r\rAuditor\r\rJob Requirements\r\rAs a Auditor you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.\r\r\rTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.\rThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.\rReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\rHigh school diploma, 2 yrs manufacturing experience at Seward, & pass an entrance exam.\rAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.\rAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.\rAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.\rTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; SAP Inventory software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.\r\r\r\r\rAuditor\r\rBenefits\r\r\r\rAs a Auditor with Bartech, you will be working through an established and respected staffing organization with 40 years of serving as a trusted partner to our client companies.
