Job Description The Manager, Contract Audit & Compliance will play a central role in organizational review of end to end contract compliance, providing follow up and review after contract execution to monitor and drive compliance with contract terms. The Manager will seek input from key stakeholders for contract review and will manage competing priorities. The Manager must have the ability to motivate team members, drive change, and facilitate problem solving discussions as it pertains to process improvement, communication and reporting. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSBILITIES: \u2022 Review new and existing agreements to determine SLA, contractual and quality goals, requirements, timing, penalty risk and reward opportunity. \u2022 Confirm implementation, production, tracking and status of all above in systems (Windward, Cactus, reporting, etc.). \u2022 Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and client representatives to manage the process of corrections or improvements. \u2022 Develop proactive plans to secure and maintain compliance as noted in the contract. \u2022 Interact with internal and client representatives in a matrixed environment . \u2022 Audit and manage the KPI and SLA process and execution for client contracts. \u2022 Develop action plans to assure continuous compliance and improvement. \u2022 Develop strategies for future state efficiencies and compliance. \u2022 Collect and delineate contractual and extra-contractual requirements. Required Skills \u2022 Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to understand and interpret complex data\/reports. \u2022 Proven written, visual and verbal communication, collaboration, problem solving, and analytical skills across clinical, business and technical communities. \u2022 Exhibited leadership skills related to team and project assignments working across multiple departments. \u2022 Ability to work independently and as part of a team at a leadership level. \u2022 Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products, strong knowledge in Excel. \u2022 Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and effective interpersonal skills. \u2022 Ability to work as a team member and successfully navigate matrix relationships. Required Experience \u00a0\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree (or equivalent experience) required. Master\u2019s degree in relevant field desirable. \u2022 5 years sales, contracting or compliance experience or equivalent, preferably in healthcare or dental insurance with demonstrated progressive levels of responsibility, experience and leadership. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: \u2022 Ability to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods of time. \u2022 Ability to use basic office equipment and communicate via phone, computer technology, and via written and verbal channels. \u2022 Ability to communicate in an active office environment, including moderate voice levels and interruptions, which may challenge hearing and concentration. \u2022 Occasional overnight travel, in most cases by air.
