AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Planner IV - Asset Audit Specialist for immediate employment for the Orange, CA office. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:
Lead multiple field/home teams to perform asset audits for military installations in southern California.
Review Property Record Cards, perform field investigations, interview stakeholders to establish accuracy of existing real property records and develop final reports.
8 years' experience
Proficiency with iNFADs
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
Prior experience working with US Navy/Marines
Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required
