Work you'll do
As an ICN Personal Monitoring Senior Manager on the Audits Team, you'll use your analytical, research, investigative and leadership skills to:
Manage a large domestic and international team of professionals who perform over 1,700 personal independence audits annually
Draft, execute and communicate individual and team production targets. Closely monitor team productivity against targets to ensure all personal independence audits are completed timely to meet mandatory PCAOB and DTTL deadlines
Oversee the personal independence audit selections process to ensure all sampling requirements from the DTTL Inspection & Testing guidelines are met annually
Serve as the personal Audit Team's subject matter expert on independence policy and/or audit process questions. Communicate updates to independence policy and the impact on the audit process timely to the team.
Perform final high-level reviews to ensure personal independence audits are performed according to DTTL Inspection & Testing guidelines
Develop, train, and assign projects to managers and below, while motivating and providing career coaching and guidance
Identify, manage, and execute potential enhancements to the existing personal independence monitoring audit process and/or technology tools. Liaison with ITS on technology enhancements and performing user acceptance testing as needed
Lead and execute special projects as requested by ICN leadership, including opportunities to build more efficiencies into the personal independence audit process

Bachelors' degree (preferably accounting, business or finance)
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
Strong oral and written communications
Demonstrated ability to multi-task among competing priorities
Strong interpretive skills and analytical abilities
Ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast paced, highly flexible organization
Outstanding attention to detail along with strong technical, organizational and analysis skills
An understanding of compliance requirements for professional auditing firms
Experience within a partnership, navigating a matrixed environment
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado or Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $104,575 to $ 171,790
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
