HELP DESK / DESKTOP SUPPORT
Provide software, hardware and peripheral first, second and third-level support to Town and Village Court users on Windows 7, Windows XP and Mac systems.
Navigating Help Desk System to open, update and close pending requests.
Create, update and restore Windows 7 images using Symantec Ghost.
Support end users on use of digital recording laptop and related software.
Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware and printer hardware issues.

The ideal Help Desk / Desktop Support
candidate will possess the following experience:
Minimum 12 months experience in Windows 7
Minimum 24 months Experience in Help Desk Support
Minimum 12 months Experience in Ghostcast imaging
Minimum 12 months Experience in Networking
Minimum 36 months experience with Troubleshooting
Associates degree in technical field proof needed
Minimum 36 months Experience in Windows XP
Minimum 36 months Experience in doing Desktop computer hardware diagnostics and repair
Experience in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures, or business applications and products that run on those platforms, beyond that of a Programmer
