The company offers a one-of-a-kind preventive health program which is centered on a comprehensive physical exam (along with a detailed narrative medical report), lifestyle modification and patient education. The company’s patients are employees of client companies who have contracted EHE to provide this benefit. In 2010, the company launched EHEandME.com: a new website that allows patients to perform basic EHE functions (i.e., schedule an exam, access exam results, etc.) with the addition of new enhancements such as Community features in which patients can blog, form ‘teams’, participate in discussions, etc.
About the Position
The primary goals and responsibilities of the employee will involve (a) managing all social media initiatives for EHEandME including Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.; (b) driving traffic to EHEandME.com; and (c) serving as an ‘activities director’ responsible for keeping members interested, engaged and returning to the site. This position will rely heavily on creativity and ingenuity; there are identifiable results that must be obtained through processes that can embrace or ignore the latest buzzwords or trends as appropriate.
Responsibilities also include:
Develop social media content strategy and guidelines for the company.
Use social media channels to create awareness of the company and its services
Develop ongoing events and campaigns to facilitate continued engagement among users of EHEandME.com.
Develop and maintain relationships with the electronic ‘gatekeepers’ (i.e., intranet developers/managers) of our clients and external bloggers/influencers.
Plan, develop, implement, manage, measure and report on all social media marketing efforts across all social media channels.
Manage day-to-day social media channel presence and response activity.
Conduct non-electronic marketing/communication (i.e., print, face-to-face) when appropriate.
2 years related experience required.
Prior experience in developing social media campaigns; campaigns within a healthcare-related field a plus.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of the principles of advertising, marketing and digital media.
Up-to-date with the latest advances in digital media (social media, mobile, AR, etc.).
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or equivalent.
Knowledge of analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), tracking and social media monitoring tools.
Outgoing with the ability to create excitement about a given event/campaign.
Self-guided; creative; responsible; energetic; eager to work with other departments and independently; has a desire to see measured results.
Strong writing, conversation and presentation skills.
Is skilled at looking at things from another person’s perspective and providing information that speaks to target audiences.
