In this role, you will plan and perform operational and technology audits as well as advisory projects under the supervision of a Director, Internal Audit. Sound interesting? Here are some specifics: Be responsible for: All phases and deliverables of the Audit Project including; Planning, Fieldwork and Reporting Project supervision of staff, seniors, and other managers Create audit and advisory programs; test against prepared programs Prepare and review of work papers Communicate with business management Collaborate with business partners to balance business strategy with appropriate risk management controls What you will need to succeed: 3 years of experience in AML Compliance, legal\/analytical\/financial research, Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, FinCEN, general risk-based compliance and or equivalent education Minimum seven years\u2019 experience in Audit or related field Advanced written and verbal communication skills Prior management experience necessary Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills Detail oriented Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to function well within in a team oriented environment as well as establish and maintain effective working relationships with business partners Experience and Technical expertise in Cybersecurity, Networks, Infrastructure or another related field a plus What will make you stand out: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Industrial Engineering or related area of study; Masters or MBA a plus Big 4 Public Accounting and\/or Big 4 Consulting strongly preferred Professional certification preferred (i.e., CPA, CISA, CISSP, CIA) Fluency in more than one language (English required) What\u2019s in it for you?
