Job Description
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS\r\r\r Prepares audit reports, provides coaching to staff, and reviews audit reports prepared by others\r Shares responsibility for overseeing client relationships concerning audit matters as well as coordinating the delivery of other services \r Assists with overseeing a group of staff and is responsible for supervising their daily activities and career development\r Demonstrates the ability to define problems, collect data, establish articulate facts, and draw conclusions in the performance of the work assignments\r Meets productivity and efficiency standards\r\r\rClient Service\r\r Develops a strong relationship with key client personnel and provides valuable ideas on an ongoing basis, while maintaining contact with clients throughout the year.\r Possesses a thorough knowledge of the client and all facets of the client's business.\r Proactively and effectively identifies client's needs. \r Provides professional services on a basis that is cost effective to the client and acceptable to the firm.\r Manages expectations of services including work products, timing, and value to be delivered. \r Plans, supervises, reviews, and controls engagements of all sizes and complexities for audit compliance with all professional and firm standards.\r Supervises and works with internal staff and clients to plan engagement requirements, objectives, and strategies.\r Communicates with appropriate individuals within the firm and documents the status of audit engagements. \r Analyzes problems and recommends viable solutions. Communicates progress of engagements, problems and resolutions to the client team.\r Brings unusual or significant accounting and audit related questions to the partner with proposed resolutions to those issues.\r Assists with complex research in all areas of audit and coaches others in performing research.\r Performs complex audits for compliance and consulting.\r Coaches employees the importance of the \client first attitude\ by providing technical training in the use and application of the Firm's policies, procedures, manuals, forms, and relevant software.\r Assists with administrative engagement activities. \r Responsible for supervision and development of audit staff \r\r

Job Requirements
Work Experience Required: Must have experience in public accounting, preparing and reviewing work papers and/or work product, and directing the work of others\r\r\r\rEducation: Bachelor's degree with emphasis in accounting or MBA in accounting; additional qualification as an accountant will be a plus \r\r\r\rOther Requirements:  \r\r CPA certification preferred\r Experience completing audit engagements \r Excellent oral and written communication skills\r Possess successful problem solving and analytical skills\r Honest and ethical with a strong work ethic\r Proactive, resourceful, and client oriented\r Good interactive skills to work with Partners, other departments, and employee base\r Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)\r Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task\r\r
