Minimum Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Accounting and CISA required.
4+ years’ overall work experience in corporate audit with 2+ years’ IT audit experience required.
Experience performing IT operational audits.
Technical knowledge of Windows, AS400, Linux, SQL Server, IBM DB2 Database Management System, and Infrastructure.
Technical knowledge of ERP business applications (JDE, Lawson, SAP) and familiarity with programming languages.
Data analytics experience preferred (ACL, IDEA, Tableau, Data Warehouse, etc.).
Flow-charting experience (Visio).
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to observe /understand business processes, ensuring they are documented completely/accurately.
Solid understanding and ability to apply risk and control concepts.
Willingness and ability to adapt to new circumstances, information, and challenges.
Ability to identify sensitive issues and facilitate communications in a proactive manner.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist the IT Audit Senior Manager in risk assessment, audit planning, and audit program development.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to the company’s information systems control environment, risk management process, and IT operations.
Document and discuss audit findings with process owners and various levels of management.
Monitor/track audit finding remediation and review corporate and IT policies and procedures.
Manage multiple time-sensitive and meet deadlines.
Assist in integrated audit projects by working with the Operational Audit team.
