AGCO is currently seeking a Senior Information Technology (IT) Internal Auditor to join our Global Information Technology Internal Audit team in Duluth, GA. The Senior IT Internal Auditor will perform audit and advisory services focused on Information Technology projects and processes. The Senior IT Internal Auditor will assess the organizational and operational risks for assigned projects, design audit programs, establish contact with auditees, conduct fieldwork, and follow up on observations and recommendations.
Note: Up to 35% travel is required, both domestic and international. Relocation assistance is available for this position
Responsibilities of the Senior IT Internal Auditor:
*Primarily focus on planning and execution of audits related to information technology (IT) processes and controls to identify concerns, opportunities, and best practices *Plans and executes sporadic financial and operational audits across different business processes to include domestic and global locations *Works closely with Global IT and business unit leaders to maintain continued compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act *Prepares reports to ensure compliance with established control procedures and identify potential issues that need attention *Drafts control deficiencies and recommendations; present potential audit findings to management *Performs remediation follow up to monitor adequacy and timely completion of remediation plans
Required Qualifications of the Senior Internal Auditor:
*3+ years of IT and business audit experience, including compliance/SOX based audits *Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or in a related field
Preferred Qualifications of the Senior Internal Auditor:
*Experience working within a global structure of IT and business audit in manufacturing industry is strongly preferred *Experience working in a multi-national company and executing global audit projects *Experience with audit data analysis tools (ACL, IDEA, etc.) *Experience utilizing TeamMate or related software *CIA, CISA, CPA or other IT, finance and accounting related professional certification *Ability to speak a foreign language, preferably Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, and/or Mandarin
