empower your small team of open source legal specialists, including recruiting, developing, mentoring and trainingu003c/liu003e u003cliu003ePartner closely with the head of Cisco's Open Source Program Office (OSPO), counseling on and supporting the evolution of Cisco's open source strategy and compliance practicesu003c/liu003e u003cliu003eAdvise Cisco's engineering and business executives on the role of OSS in the development and use of artificial intelligence (AI), including generative AIu003c/liu003e u003cliu003eHelp build Cisco's external open source brand by engaging with the external open source community, attending and speaking at conferences and CLE events, influencing policy and enforcement practices in alignment with OSPO, and building strong relationships with key players in the broader open source communityu003c/liu003e u003cliu003eGuide internal engineering and business teams on open source licensing, usage, compliance, risk, mitigation, and community engagement matters, often in high pressure situations or on timelinesu003c/liu003e u003cliu003eSupport legal sales teams in negotiating open source language in sales agreements, including describing Cisco's open source policies and compliance requirementsu003c/liu003e u003cliu003eCounsel senior leadership and other stakeholders on open source matters, including any high stakes enforcement and litigation Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday, plus a day off for their birthday. Employees accrue up to 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) each year and have access to paid time away to deal with critical or emergency issues without tapping into their PTO. Employees are also able to purchase company stock through our Employee Stock Purchase Program.u003cbru003eu003cbru003eEmployees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
