SOX PMO Senior Analyst
Reporting to the SOX PMO Manager on the SOX PMO Team. Serve as the primary support person for the SOX PMO Team in their role as trusted advisors for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance. Support entity level control activities related to SOX 404 and COSO guidance. Support SOX scoping process and communication to management, internal audit, and external audit. Help analyze and document management identified issues including root cause analysis, control failure identification, level of significance assessment for deficiencies and related remediation plans. Support the aggregation and assessment of deficiencies in accordance with COSO principles
Assist the Manager, SOX PMO, in leading SOX PMO IPE report testing and SOC report reviews.
Prepare quarterly SOX 302 certifications and summary memos to Senior Management, CAO, CFO and CEO.
Perform quarterly testing of related party transactions.
Assist with the preparation of Audit Committee communications with regards to financial, management and external audit updates on a quarterly basis.
Assist with quarterly SOX scoping process.
Assist with assessment of key SOX spreadsheets and hold key spreadsheet training.
Assist with COSO based control deficiency assessments and related documentation, including relevant training.
Help analyze and document SOX issues including root cause analysis, control failure identification, level of significance assessment for deficiencies and remediation plans.
Participate on projects with process or system changes and potential SOX impacts.
Assist management with SOX questions or assistance as needed.

Requirements: (Education, Certification, Training and Experience)
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent education and experience required
Certification in Accounting (CPA), Audit (CIA), or IT (CISA) preferred
4 years of progressive related work experience, with 2 years in Big 4 public accounting experience preferred
Recent Sarbanes Oxley compliance or Internal Audit experience required
Good knowledge of US GAAP, SEC and PCAOB requirements
Good knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements & COSO internal control framework.
Technology Industry experience preferred
SAP environment experience preferred
Experience with structured GRC and Analytics applications preferred
Experience with computer automated software (ACL, Access, IDEA, or SQL) desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
