Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Vice President IT Audit Management in New York, NY.\r
This position is for management of critical, Technology Division impacting, items in the Internal Audit Division (IAD) Program of work. This is a new support and management position and is part of a recently formed Central Services Risk Team within Technology and Information Risk (TIR). The role focus will be to establish, evolve, mature, and maintain a consistent oversight and monitoring capability to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of the critical IAD technology assessments.\r
Management, oversight and monitoring of core Technology functional deliverables: Pre-Audit engagement \r
Identify stakeholder responsibilities in a manner that involves the right individuals at the right time\r
Communicate and socialize audit schedule and scope appropriately across all stakeholders \r
Manage consistent delivery of self-identified issues to IAD During Audit engagement \r
Facilitate client responses Ensure Technology Division(s) is/are accurately included/represented in audit discussions \r
Address Auditor identified roadblocks or dependencies \r
Provide real-time feedback on potential issues \r
Identify and confirm Auditee information \r
Monitor and track issues escalate as appropriate; ensure issues identified are well socialized in advance of report issuance\r
Review draft audit findings and observations and provide necessary guidance\r
Participate/ensure appropriate Technology participation, in issue rating discussions; ensuring an accurate reflection of compensating/mitigating controls Post Audit reporting\r
Review audit findings to identify themes and work with risk teams to identify programs required to address repeat themes and issues \r
Report and track aged Audit findings; focusing on those outstanding 2 years and/or approaching that status\r

Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor degree \r
10 years of work experience in Technology with prior risk project/program management, Audit responsibilities ideal\r
Experience managing (internal) client relationships and working as part of a distributed team\r
MS Office suite skills; ability to draft succinct and impactful PowerPoint decks (with appropriate level of detail for a given audience), ability to extract, aggregate, and report on data in Excel \r
Strong interpersonal, problem solving, organizational and time management skills \r
Individual must be able to multi-task effectively\r
Ability to facilitate new processes and standards that could impact working environment/culture \r
Ability to define a proposed plan/approach based on an initial scope of work \r
Ability to manage and interact in a matrixed organization is essential \r
Strong sense of ownership and accountability \r
Stong agent for change\r
Highly motivated; ability to drive project deliverable(s) to delivery/lead meetings with cross functional and cross level participation\r
