Description: Job SummaryAt the direction of the Chief Compliance Officer and the Director of Corporate Compliance and Internal Audit --performs financial, operational, compliance, ISO 9001, and/or investigative audits of the Health System and its related entities; reviews and assesses the effectiveness of internal controls within the organization; prepares and communicates audit findings, conclusions, and recommendations in a timely manner; provides consultative and supportive type services to various stakeholders as requested; provides information and assistance to external auditors. Conducts follow up audits to monitor operations' interventions. Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision, and values of Phoebe. Qualification: Education Requirements 4 year / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
