The Apprentice must maintain customer satisfaction by providing premium inspections, maintenance, training of customer system (s), expert guidance on Building Reports, and providing value to the customer. u003cbru003e u003cbru003e u003cstrongu003eDuties and Responsibilities u003c/strongu003e u003cbru003e u003culu003e u003cliu003e Performs scheduled visual inspections of indicated equipment in customer buildings. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Records all corrective action required for planned maintenance. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Inspects and notes quality of maintenance performed. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Conducts spot checks on serviced equipment to verify work completion. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Inventories and tags newly added and replacement equipment. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Inspects newly installed equipment for compliance and adherence to plans and specifications. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Document information on all systems in the facility that you may or may not be working on. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e The marginal functions of this position have not been included.
