PGIM Real Estate Compliance is responsible for ensuring that all portfolios managed by PIM are in compliance with applicable regulatory and contractual requirements, and for ensuring that the activities of PIM associates are in accordance with Prudential's policies governing such areas of individual conduct as personal securities trading; gifts, travel, and entertainment; insider information; and conflicts of interest. PGIM Real Estate Compliance serves as a general resource for providing guidance on regulatory issues relating to the asset management function.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting the enforcement of PGIM and Prudential's internal policies including, for example, the Gift and Entertainment Policy, Personal Securities Trading Policy, Privacy Policy, Books and Records Policy and Code of Ethics Policy

Partner with PGIM Real Estate staff to proactively recommend supervisory procedures and compliance policies and procedures

Incorporate regulatory or corporate changes into guidance for the business unit and supporting the enforcement of all applicable regulatory policies applicable to the business unit

Conducting/supporting continuing education including new hire, topic specific and annual training

Enhance and manage PGIM Real Estate's compliance monitoring program

Monitor of fund guidelines (public mutual and private real estate funds)

Provide back up support for public securities operation compliance function

Support the marketing function by reviewing marketing materials and other related materials for consistency with PGIM Real Estate, corporate policy and regulatory requirements

Maintaining the unit's restricted lists

Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance, law, risk, audit or a similar control function

Highly motivated and ability to take initiative

Superior project and time management skills

Clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to assess, investigate and interpret issues

Knowledge of real estate operations and/or mutual fund compliance beneficial
