Position Summary: The Internal Controls Auditor role is dynamic and focuses on partnering with the business to drive positive control change within the company. This role leads field audits, prepares audit reports, and works to help implement positive change as a result of audits. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:Conduct internal control reviews in Production, Distribution, and Make Ready Centers for compliance with corporate policy and business processes and procedures.Participate in annual audit planning.Prepare and review audit results with management and assist with action plan implementation.Educate business partners in areas of risk to obtain their assistance in minimizing, detecting, and reporting fraud and minimizing financial losses.Participate in field audits performed by Corporate Audit Department and follow-up on open audit findings.Perform monthly/quarterly monitoring routines of high risk areas and communicate opportunities to management.Provide necessary documentation for Human Resources during fraud investigations.Complete special projects as directed by Internal Control Manager.Assist in transition inventory counts for full goods, raw materials, and equipment.Assist with GLCCD policy creation and implementation.Any other duties as assignedRequired Skills and Experience:Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance3-5 years operational auditing experience or equivalent business experienceRequired travel 40-60%Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skillsWork independently and work with all levels of managementUnderstand internal control issues in businessProficiency in Microsoft application suite including ExcelPreferred Skills and Experience:Knowledge of systems used such as SAP, KRONOS, and Margin Minder, applications preferredExperience (direct or indirect) with Full Service, inventory and/or equipment services preferredPhysical Demands and Work Environment: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
