Job Description:
Global Quality Solutions is in the process of developing and rolling out new capabilities around Application Performance Testing and Infrastructure Quality and Performance.  The group was formed in 2018 and is poised to be operationalized.  This position will manage the service delivery to the lines of business and infrastructure teams.
Global Quality Solutions’ Senior Service Fulfillment Managers are responsible for all aspects of delivery of all GQS Performance & Infrastructure Quality sponsored services: orchestrating, deployment, service level management, evolution and decommissioning.  They maintain a “big picture” perspective that spans incorporation of corporate goals, planning, operations, communications, career development of subordinate employees and customer advocacy.  They manage a very lean team of focused, purposeful contributors.
RESPONSIBILITES
Define an adaptable program management model guided by the Global Quality Solutions Playbook that implements GQS’ service delivery strategy and applies the Performance Engineering and Infrastructure Quality methodologies
Create and communicate an operational vision, provide direction and motivate team members
Establish a leadership hierarchy to support service delivery functions
Recruit, hire, mentor and provide managerial oversight of personnel
Create a positive work environment by maintaining solid, productive and involved relationships with appropriate GQS and cross-functional virtual team members

Encourage self-sufficiency among GQS Performance Engineering & Infrastructure Quality and Performance Managers and Engineers through mentoring and feedback

Leverage creative thinking and problem solving skills as necessary
Conduct, attend and when necessary guide focused program/project status/review/planning meeting
Leadership of Global Program and Project Management
Leading efforts to facilitate operations and consumption of QA and information security capabilities
Guidance of customer adoption of new products and practices
Conducting focused program and project status/review meetings
Oversight of 
      The reporting of Performance Engineering and Infrastructure Quality & Performance QA metrics
      Maintenance of QA Artifacts in a manner acceptable to Internal Audit
Experience with managing and performing Software QA functions using principles of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment/
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
12 years’ experience as an IT professional
5 years’ experience in an Enterprise leading IT systems/service delivery programs
Proven experience as a Services Delivery Program Manager or other managerial position
Have experience with legacy and emerging technologies, IT Software Systems Infrastructure, IT Hardware deployment, Networks, Application Systems (Custom and COTS) and process automation
Experience with Applications and Infrastructure Performance Testing and Quality/Resiliency Testing with tools like HPQC/PC/ALM/Loadrunner and ChaosMonkey
Expertise utilizing Rational Team Concert (RTC) for project planning and tracking of resources & deliverables
Thorough understanding and ability to leverage project/program management techniques and methodologies
Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
US Resident, able to be based in Eastern Massachusetts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
Collaborative, contemplative, decisive and strong willed demeanor
Experience promoting and influencing QA and/or development teams, business users and management in compliance decisions.
Experience working with matrix teams including teams in different time zones Ability to travel up to 10% of the time domestically and internationally
Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science, Engineering or Technology
BS/BA in Management or a relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
