Job Description Great Opportunity for a Premium Audit Coordinator in our Lafayette, LA office!!! **administrative and auditing experience helpful** JOB SUMMARY: Coordinate workflow of the Premium Audit Division including but not limited to assigning of premium audit requests to independent contractors, overseeing time service requirements, and communicating with field auditor\u2019s daily regarding their audit inventory. Additionally, this position will be the liaison between independent auditors and management to resolve issues, maintain time service, and ensure quality audits. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assign Premium Audit work to independent auditors and independent reviewers. Perform and evaluate methods and procedures to determine how they might be improved. The coordinator will attend daily meetings with Regional Manager and Director to discuss time service, inventory, outstanding issues from clients and relief areas. Coordinator will work directly with regional manager\/director to assure that customer expectations are being exceeded. Review work being performed by independent auditors and provide daily feedback to manager Contact clients to extend assignments prior to deadline Coordinate and complete introduction calls with independent auditors Assist in coordinating relief trips amongst independent auditors Make phone calls to assist with Inventory Management for phone and virtual audit process Coordinate voluntary audit process to ensure time service is maintained Other duties as assigned by up-line management. Required Skills SKILLS\/ABILITIES: Accuracy \u2013 Coordinator will oversee inventory and ensure that audits are not going past due and will communicate effectively with contractors to return work timely and accurately. Coordinator will ensure client requirements are being met and will communicate same to contractors as well as notify client if there is an issue with meeting their set requirements of time service Analytical \u2013 Coordinator will effectively manage inventory and assign work that will be most cost effective for our clients including but not limited to relief areas of work Autonomy \u2013 Coordinator will be organized and effectively communicate with management and contractors of her decisions to assign or reassign work due to lack of cooperation from contractors. Coordinator will take initiative and work independently to communicate with clients regarding any extensions, receipt of nonproductive approval or any other issues outstanding with the insured\u2019s Communication, Oral - Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word. Detail Oriented - Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task. Leadership - Ability to engage with individuals not in the office. Coordinator will demonstrate problem solving skills to handle issues as they arise in a professional manner. Motivate contractors to complete assignments and communicate on a regular basis Organized - Possessing the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task. Problem Solving - Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems. Self- Motivated - Ability to be internally inspired to perform a task to the best of one\u2019s ability using his or her own drive or initiative. KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of insurance industry including commercial carriers and various regulatory agency requirements Required Experience EDUCATION: Associate's Degree preferred EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 3 years Job Location Lafayette, Louisiana, United States Position Type Full-Time\/Regular
