Auditor, Quality Assurance','8210','!*!SUMMARY
The Quality Assurance Auditor is responsible to ensure compliance with Regulatory, Customer, and Company; processes, policies, procedures and quality standards, by performing internal and external audit of a 14 CFR part 145 Repair Station and its vendors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Review Customers applicable command media for specific aircraft maintenance documentation to assure Repair Station compliance.
Interface directly with on-site Customer representatives for matters pertaining to the Quality Management System.
Perform scheduled and un-scheduled internal surveillance audits for the Repair Station to ensure compliance with title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), EASA 145, AAR & Customer Policies and Procedures.
Lead, or assist in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) meetings.
Maintain the Repair Station Quality Safety Management Systems (QSMS) program.
Work within the AAR Electronic Company Performance System (APRISe).
Using APRISe, track and trend non-conformances and determine long term corrective actions.
Minimum of three years’ experience in Quality
Must be a self-starter.
Good written and oral communication skills with all levels of employees.
Microsoft Office Suite
Familiar with AS9001-2015 & AS9110, or similar standards.
Familiar with 14 CFR part 145','!*!QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Minimum three years' quality assurance experience or equivalent, and exposure to aircraft and component overhaul operations required. Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills required.
