Position Purpose and RequirementsnDevelops and implements an audit and control framework to monitor IT production environments for potential system integrity exposure, control weaknesses and regulatory compliance. Identifies various risks (e.g., financial, operational, compliance) to the organization and makes recommendations for corrective actions/mitigation of risks. Evaluates information technology and controls including but not limited to applications, business control processes, change control management procedures, security, networks, and computer and data center operations. Advises others on information systems internal controls and security procedures. Prepares reports for management on the audit results and corrective action plans. May require skills in information security and/or systems implementation. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. n n nBasic Requirements:nn Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of Information Systems Audit experience, including 5 years management experiencennORn nn Master's degree and at least 8 years of Information Systems Audit experience, including 5 years management experiencennORn nn At least 12 years of Information Systems Audit experience, including 5 years of management experiencennAdditional Requirementsnn Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
