Exciting Instructional Design opportunity with our client's Education Solutions team!

Utilize your ID skills to create targeted educational content to exceed customer needs! Independently assess customer needs and design and implement customized solutions.

Responsible for

timely execution of projects by developing and analyzing project scope, determining solutions and delivery methodologies, and partnering with customers to implement solutions. Monitors development of educational content and partners with clients to demonstrate effectiveness of learning solutions.

If you have:

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field

Minimum of 5 years of directly related work experience including handling multiple projects

Experience partnering with customers to tailor solutions

Experience with LMS databases and e-learning authoring tools

: Systematically assess, design, develop, deliver, and evaluate customer education and performance initiatives to meet customers' learning needs.

Design storyboards and training materials for online and instructor-led learning projects.

Represent quality and integrity in all projects through careful consideration of eLearning standards and strict ID methodologies.

May direct the work of other project team members.


1. Performs front-end analysis of the customer's training needs to determine if training will be an effective and efficient method of performance intervention, and recommends the appropriate learning approaches.

*2. Initiates project scope agreements and meets with all stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to establish project timelines, determine method of delivery, and clarify the work process and responsibilities.

*3. Designs and develops interactive and engaging instructor led training, e-learning, webinar, and blended training content, based on the needs of the target audience.

*4. Reviews training content in each stage of design storyboard, alpha/beta development for quality control purpose.

*5. Conducts Kirkpatrick's four-level evaluations to monitor and report on the effectiveness of training for the clients in achieving learning and performance goals.

6. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education, Skills, and Abilities

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or other related field plus a minimum of five years of directly related work experience. Master's degree preferred

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while maintaining excellent quality and superior customer services.

Experience partnering with customers to analyze their performance and instructional needs. Detailed knowledge of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.

Detailed knowledge of models/frameworks and tools about needs analysis/front-end analysis.

Ability to foster learning using strategies that engage learners in critical inquiry, critical thinking, problem solving, and that develop competence in learners.

Demonstrated knowledge and ability to create interactive and engaging design storyboards.

Knowledge and familiarity with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate and Captivate

Knowledge and familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) and database management.

Ability to work independently and as a team with minimum supervision.

Detailed knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and the demonstrated ability to learn new software applications.
