Payroll Auditor Jobs description
A payroll auditor job involves conducting root cause analysis to identify systemic (organizational, processes, and systems) problems/ issues. A payroll auditor will inspect a sample of the approval documents for completeness, document results of audit and present results to TSA Program Manager as requested; perform analysis on data in online tracking system (OTS); identify systematic issues within T&A systems; compile metrics reports from tracking system and track accomplishments; report out on goals against OHC annual goals and requirements he/she will participate as a matrix member of T&A administration project and special settings.A payroll auditor job requires a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field. A payroll auditor should have 3-5 years of financial analysis, budget monitoring, justification, and budget execution experience. Excellent spreadsheet skills – MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Power Point, along with good writing and presentation skills are desired in a payroll auditor job.
